Meet Our Pastoral Candidate

Reception – Saturday, April 14 – 5:30 p.m.

Single Worship Service & Congregational Vote – Sunday, April 15 – 10:30 a.m.

The Call Committee and Council unanimously voted to nominate an outstanding pastoral candidate for approval by the congregation. Your participation is required for the next steps! Please save these dates and plan to attend.

  • Meet and greet the pastor at a reception on Saturday, April 14 at 5:30 p.m.
    We invited the candidate to a reception at GSLC on April 14 at 5:30 p.m. Here you will have the opportunity to meet and get to know the pastor in a casual, informal setting. Food and beverages will be provided and children are welcome!
  • Hear the pastor preach at GSLC and vote on whether to call the pastor to service at Good Shepherd on Sunday, April 15 at 10:30 a.m.
    The pastor will lead a single service at Good Shepherd the following morning on April 15 at 10:30 a.m. At this service, you will be able to listen to the candidate preach and lead a liturgy. After the service, the congregation will vote on whether to call the pastor to service at Good Shepherd.

The congregation of Good Shepherd has the final vote on calling a new pastor. Please mark your calendars to participate!
