Good Shepherd Sunday At-Home Service for May 3

It’s Good Shepherd Sunday, the Fourth Sunday of Easter when we read from the Gospel of John 10:1-10. Jesus says that he is the gate, the path to life. He enters through the gate, calls his sheep by name and leads them out, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.

Also, this is the day we chose to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.  For obvious reasons, those plans have been changed, but we’re still going to kick off a season of celebration to commemorate our momentous anniversary. We’ll be engaging in activities that focus on our history, our future and our mission. Click here to learn about the “Built on a Rock” activity and continue to stay tuned to information on our website and facebook.
